A.P. Robins

Tony Robins has thirty something years experience in the civil engineering business, most of which has been concerned with main contracting management in the sewerage and water industry. Tony also operated a respected and extremely efficient surveying practice for many years. A qualified professional with the finest technical and commercial pedigree, Tony has extensive knowledge of the contracting business and total commitment to the Dragtone team.

L. Swinn

Larry Swinn has a little more than thirty something years experience in contracting, primarily concentrated in the sewerage and water industry, particularly on pipeline, treatment works and associated structures. Larry’s background has generally been at contract and site management and engineering levels with latterly the emphasis being on company management, estimating and marketing.

E.W. Hillidge

Eddie Hillidge is a very well known name in the water and sewerage pipeline business and has more than thirty years "hands-on" experience of this specialist sector. Eddie has a phenomenally extensive track record having been the man on site for the successful conclusion of numerous prestigious major drainage, sewerage, trunk and infrastructure sewer and pressure mains contracts in virtually every corner of Britain.

M.J. Flanagan

The name of Mick Flannagan has become widely known and has been the driving force behind a great many successful drainage contracts. He continually demonstrates excellent resource management and motivation skills on an increasingly extensive range of major pipeline projects.

M.J. Bevan

Mick Bevan initially established and developed Dragtone as a labour only pipeline contractor in the mid 1970’s, earning his excellent reputation the hard way and is known as one of the finest and most reliable pipe laying professionals in the business. Mick has been closely involved with pipelaying projects for almost thirty years and has amassed great pipeline experience with the wide range of pipe materials in almost the whole range of ground conditions.

D.W. Richards

Dennis Richard joined the Company in March 1997 being reunited with some of the management who had been construction management colleagues some fifteen years previously. In the intervening period Dennis has been involved in the Contract Management of an impressive range of civil engineering and Water Industry projects around Great Britain. Dennis contributes significantly to the overall performance of the company and is a greatly valued and respected member of the Dragtone management team.

P.F. Lyons

Frank Lyons has been employed in civil engineering, mostly involved with water and sewerage schemes, since leaving school and has amassed considerable experience of a wide range of pipe materials in a variety of ground conditions. Frank has worked with Dragtone management for more than fourteen years at the sharp end of our business, earning an excellent reputation for his reliability, conscientious attitude, experience and commitment. Over recent years he has applied these attributes in developing his skills in contract supervision, continually achieving the same high standards.
